Postage and Handling
On the checkout page, you have the option to select how you would like your order shipped. Currently you have a choice of two shipping providers: Australia Post or Sendle.
Australia Post or Sendle, which one should you choose?
In our experience, Australia Post is slightly more expensive but they are by far the more reliable shipping provider. But the choice is yours.
Shipping Costs
Australia-Wide Shipping
- Free standard domestic delivery for orders valued above AUD $50.
- Free express domestic delivery for orders valued above AUD $100.
- Otherwise, delivery costs will be calculated at checkout depending on your order size and shipping address.
Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days and then shipped via Australia Post. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Australia Local Shipping Times
Orders are shipped from the Australian East Coast and shipping times will vary depending on your location.
- 80% of Orders arrive between 1 and 4 business days.
- 15% of orders arrive between 5 and 6 business days.
- 5% of orders arrive after 6 business days.
If it has been more than 10 business days since you received a tracking number and the order has not arrived, please email admin@gelnailwraps.com and we will investigate.
International Shipping
- International standard shipping starts at AUD $12. Actual shipping cost depends on weight and shipping address hence will be calculated at checkout.
International orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days and then shipped via Australia Post (or a similarly reputable shipping provider). Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated International Shipping Times: (Despatch lead time of 1-3 business days to be added)
- Americas : 6 to 12 business days
- UK/Europe : 10 to 18 business days
- Rest of the World: 10 - 23 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary local customs procedures. Customers may be subject to local customs duties and taxes when the goods arrive. These taxes and duties may vary depending on the country and are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
We offer a 30-day refund policy for unopened gel nail wraps. Due to the personal hygiene nature of our other items, refunds can only be issued if the item is faulty and we are notified within 30 days of item being delivered.

Unless the item is faulty/defective, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
